About the company
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Mortgage Broker Loan Processor to support our Mortgage Brokers in managing seamless, accurate, and timely mortgage transactions for clients across Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Australian mortgage processing, with hands-on experience in serviceability calculations, loan submissions via ApplyOnline or LoanApp, and post-approval processes through to settlement. This is a remote role with occasional in-person days during visits to Manila.

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Input and update client data and correspondence into CRM systems.
Review and assess financial documents such as payslips, tax returns, bank statements, and credit reports.
Complete loan applications via ApplyOnline/LoanApp, calculate serviceability, and research lender-specific credit policies.
Conduct property valuations using CoreLogic Property Hub and other lender platforms.
Perform loan pricing based on loan purpose, amount, and LVR to obtain competitive rates.
Manage loan files from approval to settlement, liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely completions.
Maintain communication with clients via phone and email to build rapport and ensure a high standard of service.
Assist in general office and admin tasks as required.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
We are looking for someone who has:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a loan processor for an Australian mortgage broker.
In-depth knowledge of Australian home loan and investment loan products, and various interest rate structures.
Proficient in using ApplyOnline, Aggregator CRMs, and CoreLogic Property Hub.
Ability to research lender policies effectively and perform detailed pricing comparisons.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with confidence in speaking to clients, lenders, and BDMs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Highly organized, independent, and capable of managing a high-volume workload.
Sharp attention to detail and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
Salary: Hourly rate ranges from $7.5 - $10.5 AUD depending on experience
