Job description

Job Description / Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify new property investment, wealth generation, and SMSF companies through Instagram and web research. Contact companies to inquire about onboarding with McMullan Bird. Record all contact details in Excel and schedule phone or Zoom meetings with Cameron for interested companies. Database Management & Marketing Support: Maintain and update a database of stock requirements, staff contact details, and channel partners. Email new property launch information and stock lists to relevant contacts. Ensure all records are accurate, up to date, and well-organized for easy access. Task Monitoring: Keep a time tracker on at all times during working hours. Join WhatsApp video calls three times daily (start, middle, and end of shift) for progress updates and coordination. Ad hoc Responsibilities: Adaptable to various tasks as needed Able to efficiently complete client-requested tasks within the required timeframe

Requirements

Basic Qualifications Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or administrative support. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and email marketing tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with real estate, property investment, or wealth management industries. Experience using CRM tools, social media for research, and email marketing platforms. Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with external partners. TYPE OF POSITION, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, COMPENSATION & EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: $6 AUD per hour HMO allowance on your 90th day Paid Time Off 13th month Pay Full Time (Minimum of 40 hrs per week) Work From Home Set up Can work between 9AM to 6PM AEST Laptop / Desktop (Minimum requirements 16 GB RAM, i7 processor & Windows 10) Internet Speed (Minimum of 15 MBPS)
