Job description
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage audiences.
Manage and grow the company's presence across various social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
Design and create marketing collaterals, including social media graphics, email templates, landing pages, and promotional materials.
Implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with other teams to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital channels.
Research industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Write compelling copy for email campaigns, social media posts, and marketing materials.
Requirements
Proven experience in email marketing, social media management, and digital marketing.
Strong graphic design skills, with proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot.
Familiarity with social media advertising and analytics tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
Excellent communication skills and ability to write engaging marketing copy.
Strong analytical skills to track and measure campaign performance.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation strategies.
Knowledge of video editing tools for creating short promotional content.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools to streamline campaign execution.
Ability to develop and execute influencer marketing and partnership strategies.

Salary:$12 AUD per hour
