The client seeks a vibrant and imaginative individual to join their team. As an Email Marketing Specialist, your primary focus will be on devising compelling email campaigns, alongside overseeing the client’s social media presence across various platforms.

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Email Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for:
Develop and execute targeted email campaigns aligned with marketing goals and objectives.
Design and build visually appealing email templates using HTML and CSS.
Manage email subscriber lists and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations.
Analyse campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Write a compelling email copy that resonates with the target audience.
Stay up to date on the latest email marketing trends and best practices.
Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms (specially LinkedIn).
Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Analyse social media performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and algorithms.
Work closely with our marketing manager to understand project requirements and objectives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met, and work is completed within the allocated timeframes.
Attend meetings and provide input on design-related topics.
Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
We are looking for someone who has:
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and SPAM regulations.
Proven ability to create engaging and effective email copy.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Experience with ActiveCampaign is a plus.
Experience with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn preferred.
High attention to detail and the ability to balance competing priorities.
Ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
Familiarity with the Real Estate industry or B2B marketing is a plus.
Availability to work 20 hours per week (4 hours per day) during AEST/AEDT time.
Willingness to work as an outsourced resource.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of extensive experience in Email Marketing.
Proven track record in Email Marketing Campaign
Experience in the following tools & platforms:
Facebook,
Instagram,
Twitter
LinkedIn preferred.
Active Campaign
TYPE OF POSITION, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, & EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
Part Time Position - Minimum of 20 hrs / week
Work From Home Set up
Schedule will be between the hours of 8AM and 5PM AEST
Laptop / Desktop (Minimum requirements 8 GB RAM, i5 processor & Windows 10)
Internet Speed (Minimum of 15 MBPS)
