Graphic Designer

The Client is a property industry leader with over 15 years of experience, committed to simplifying property sales. As a Graphic Designer you will be responsible for the following: Develop and execute creative concepts for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, social media, email campaigns, and other print and digital assets as needed Work closely with our marketing manager to understand project requirements and objectives Use design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva to create high-quality designs that meet project specifications, resonate with target audiences and brand guidelines Provide design recommendations and present design concepts Ensure that all designs are high-quality, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand guidelines Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met and work is completed within the allocated timeframes Continuously improve and optimize designs based on feedback Attend meetings and provide input on design-related topics Video edition is desirable but not a must

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: At least 3 years of experience in Graphic Design Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience in designing marketing materials Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team Familiarity with Real Estate industry and related design trends is a plus TYPE OF POSITION, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, & EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: Part Time Position: 20 hours per week Work From Home Set up Can work between 9AM - 6PM AEST Laptop / Desktop (Minimum requirements 8 GB RAM, i5 processor & Windows 10) Internet Speed (Minimum of 15 MBPS) SALARY AND BENEFITS Hourly Rate: 10 AUD Paid Australian Holidays Paid Time off Benefits Permanent Work from Home HMO upon regularization 13th month pay bonus Supportive Team
