Job description
Handle incoming and outgoing calls using a VOIP phone system.
Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry and document management, using computers.
Assist the recruitment team with resume screening, phone screening candidates, and booking interviews.
Provide after-hours phone support by addressing client and employee inquiries outside regular business hours.
Offer administrative support to the team by assisting with various day-to-day tasks as needed.
Requirements
Experience in handling phone calls, preferably in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong verbal communication skills, with confidence in English and a people-oriented approach.
Previous experience in recruitment, including screening resumes and conducting phone interviews.
